Karen is a widely respected, award winning factual entertainment producer with extensive experience developing and producing hit series in the US and UK. Since joining Plimsoll in 2014 she has been responsible for the origination and execution of Plimsoll’s extensive slate of global formats including, Handmade: Britain’s Best Woodworker, Rescue Dog to Super Dog, Marcus Wareing’s Tales from a Kitchen Garden, My Unique B & B, Britain’s Parking Hell, The Secret Life of the Family, Holiday Airport and Big Family Mansion. Karen’s passion for developing and producing premium factual television has been central to Plimsoll’s rapid growth and creative success. Before joining Plimsoll, she was an executive producer in the BBC Features department. Prior to that she produced a wide range of hit formats including, Wife Swap, Ladette to Lady, Taking On Tyson and Temptation Island
