Will Brown

Will heads up all Operations and HR functions of the business. Will started his career in the City of London working in HR management, which proved to be the corner stone to his career and success. He spent many years living and working in the States where he gained a substantial background in business and operational management. During this time Will also worked as a member of a lobbyist team on Capitol Hill influencing key representatives to retain government funding for student secondary education. Will also leads on Plimsoll’s Wellbeing programme and our Inclusivity and Diversity strategy and initiatives.
