Lucy is currently the Head of Production at Plimsoll, where she works closely with the COO and CFO to ensure both production and business needs are met. She oversees Plimsoll’s wide and varied slate, managing budgets and negotiating deals with global partners such as Netflix, National Geographic, Disney+, Apple, Fox, and CNN.

Lucy joined Plimsoll as a Production Manager, overseeing the Camp Zambia joint venture between Canadian broadcaster and distributor Blue Ant Media and US channel Smithsonian. This project was a massive undertaking, resulting in 50 hours of stunning 4k natural history series and documentaries, all filmed and delivered within two years. It was one of BAM’s most innovative productions, leading to an additional 24 hours of programming based out of Zambia and Sri Lanka.

Lucy was soon promoted to Production Executive, where she oversaw Plimsoll’s natural history series, including A Year on Planet Earth, Animal, Chasing Ocean Giants, John Bishop’s Great Whale Rescue, and Yellowstone Live.

Prior to joining Plimsoll, Lucy worked across a diverse range of genres. Her credits include Secrets of the Dead: Cleopatra’s Lost Tomb, The Apprentice, Killer Shark Live, The Farm, Cosmetic Surgery Live, Gordon Ramsay’s F Word, The Sex Education Show, and The Royal Institution Christmas Lectures.
