Lucy joined Plimsoll as a Production Manager, overseeing the Camp Zambia joint venture between Canadian broadcaster and distributor Blue Ant Media and US channel Smithsonian. It was a huge undertaking, 50 hours of stunning 4k natural history series and documentaries, all filmed and delivered within two years. It was one of BAM’s most innovative productions and resulted in a further 24 hours of programming based out of Zambia and Sri Lanka. Lucy went on to be promoted to Production Executive in 2017, working across all of Plimsoll’s output including Yellowstone Live, an epic, four-night event for National Geographic that used cutting edge 4G mobile technology to film ‘live’ bison, bears, wolves and other iconic animals. Lucy now works as Head of Production, overseeing Plimsoll’s output, budgeting and negotiating deals with National Geographic, Disney+, Apple, Fox, CNN and Discovery to name few.

Prior to joining Plimsoll, Lucy worked as a Production Manager across a diverse range of genres. Credits include: Secrets of the Dead: Cleopatra’s Lost Tomb, The Apprentice (several series), Killer Shark Live, Gordon Ramsay’s F Word, The Sex Education Show and The Royal Institution Christmas Lectures.
